DARWIN PANGARIBUAN

Darwin H. Pangaribuan graduated from Department of Agronomy (Ir.), Faculty of Agriculture, IPB University, Indonesia and Postgraduate Diploma (Dipl. Eng) in Land Evaluation at the University of Tweente (UT-ITC), Enschede, The Netherlands. He continued to get Master (M.Sc) in Crop Production from Wageningen University (WU), The Netherlands. He completed his Ph.D thesis in the field of Horticulture from University of Queensland (UQ), Brisbane, Australia. He had a chance to do the short-course in Asian Vegetable Research & Develepment Centre (AVRDC), University of Kasetsart, Bangkok, Thailand.

He is Associate Professor in Department of Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture,University of Lampung, Bandar Lampung, Indonesia since 1986. He is author and co-author of over 50 scientific articles related to vegetable production and physiology, integrated nutrient management, and organic farming. His main interest now is working with biostimulant and organic nutrition in vegetables. He has reviewed over 100 papers for scientific indexed Journals and he is now the Editor-In-Chief of the open access international Journal of Agriculture and Applied Biology.
