Journal of Business Management (JoBM) is an open-source publication produced by the Indonesian Journal Publisher (IDPublishing) Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. JoBM provides a forum for academics and professionals to share their ideas on the latest developments in management and business. JoBM can also be an outlet for solid recommendations to help other organizations or entities in the current situation of the business world.
JoBM publishes empirical and non-empirical articles (contextual, descriptive, and case studies) emphasizing current business issues nationally and internationally. To cope with the progress of today's publishing world, especially in academic journal articles, JoBM follows a modern style of journal article presentation. Every article published on JoBM has an outstanding story, strong background and contributions, strong analysis, empirical testing, and convincing conclusions and managerial implications.

Articles submitted to JoBM should cover business topics in both Indonesian and International contexts related to key disciplines: Business and Management (Business and International Management; Business and Management (miscellaneous); General Business and Management; Industrial Relations; Management Information Systems; Management of Technology and Innovation; Marketing; Organizational Behavior; Human Resource Management; Strategy and Management; Entrepreneurship). JoBM regularly releases its latest editions every year in August, December and April. JoBM operates a blind review process for each submitted article to ensure a rigorous publishing process.
