I teach in BA, MA and Phd in management, sustainability and global studies. I am part of the DSD PhD program on Sustainability and Development coordination team. I am a research member of the Center for Functional Ecology (UAb and U. of Coimbra) on problems related to the management of organizations, critical studies of management and sustainability, themes of economic and social development. I highlight the role of institutions as standards, regulation and values. I also value a historical perspective on the studied phenomena. Finally, I have recent research on Latin American and African studies that combines my four research topics or lines of research.
